Launch day: Acme Reports now schedule themselves.
Write once. Post to all your accounts.
Content Mill checks each platform’s limits before it sends, then shows you what happened on every one.
How it works
- 1
Connect your accounts
Sign in to each platform once.
- 2
Write it once
One text. Every limit checked.
- 3
Publish or schedule
Now or later. A result for each.
Each platform’s rules, handled for you.
Platforms disagree about length, images and video. Content Mill knows each one’s limits, so a post that would be rejected is caught before it is sent.
- X280 charactersUp to 4 images. Text-only is fine.
- LinkedIn3,000 charactersUp to 9 images, or one video.
- Instagram2,200-character captionNeeds an image or video. Never text-only.
- FacebookPages onlyPosts to Pages, not personal profiles. Text-only is fine.
- Threads500 charactersImages or video are optional.
- Bluesky300 charactersUp to 4 images, or one video.
A post sent to several platforms is checked against the strictest of them, so one text works everywhere.
Or just ask your AI assistant.
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code and Codex.
Write a week of posts about our launch.
Make Thursday shorter.
Post the launch note to X and LinkedIn tomorrow at 9.
Yes, go ahead.
Did anything fail?
Why?
How many credits do I have left?
Enough for this week’s five posts?
Your assistant is told to ask for your yes in the chat. Content Mill enforces the preview and keeps the record.
Pay for what you post.
A post costs 10 credits for each platform it goes to, and a platform that fails is refunded automatically. Drafts and previews are free. On X, a post with a link costs 95. Step up a plan and every post costs less.

Create your accountQuestions before you connect
Which platforms can I post to?
X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads and Bluesky. You connect each one by signing in to it from Content Mill (Bluesky uses an app password), and you can post to any mix of them in one go.
Do I have to rewrite the post for each platform?
No. A post has one text and one set of media. Content Mill checks it against every platform you picked and tells you what to change if one would reject it, so one text that works everywhere is usually enough. If you want different wording on a particular platform, make a separate post for it.
Does anything have to be open when a post goes out?
No. A scheduled post publishes from Content Mill at the time you picked, whether or not you are signed in and whether or not any assistant is open.
What happens if a platform rejects a post?
That platform fails on its own and the others still go out. Credits for the one that failed come back automatically, and you can see which one failed and why.
Can an AI assistant post for me?
Yes, if you connect one. It has to prepare a preview first, and only that exact preview can be published, once. It is instructed to show you the preview and wait for your yes before the second step. The yes itself is given in your conversation, and Content Mill can’t hear it, so connect assistants you trust to ask. Every attempt is recorded.
What is MCP, and which assistants work?
MCP is the standard way an assistant connects to a tool. Content Mill is an MCP server, so adding it is one URL and a sign-in, with no API keys to copy. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code and Codex are supported.
